Ordered item was delivered quickly with no fuss and was well packed. A gift box option would have been nice - I notice this is available on some other brand bears. Presumably these are provided by the brand rather than Bear Garden.

What fantastic service - I have used the Bear Garden before and the staff never disappoint. I had been looking at Vanilla Pudding wondering whether I should have him and when I looked on the Charlie Bears UK website he had disappeared. So that made me want him even more. I then decided to have a look on your website and there he was. Even better, handling and delivery was free over £100. When he arrived I was not disappointed so thank you to everyone at the Bear Garden. I would certainly use you in the future if the need arises.
