Made an order for a Soft Cuddly Friends Snoopy by Steiff as a gift for my mum. Whole process for me was incredibly smooth. Selection, order, delivery and packaging was absolutely spot on. I had to have a peek at the purchase before I wrapped it and wow I was not disappointed. The package was so well packed and wrapped beautifully in tissue paper, felt luxurious opening this package. Snoopy was in his Steiff box in a bed of tissue paper and also wrapped so carefully inside (well worth the added extra) I have put him and the box all back as I received it so my mum can enjoy this lovely experience from delivery box, tissue warp, Steiff box, tissue wrap snoopy surprise. Just gorgeous, I couldn't be any happier (might need to order myself one as I adore the snoopy toy I received). I really appreciate that it came with the invoice minus the price and a hand written message on the invoice saying it was packed by Kate and she hopes I enjoy snoopy with a smiley face. such a lovely touch to the invoice, thank you Kate for the stunning packaging job you did on my package.
