Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and well lit. Prices are competitive given the quality provided. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Gio, at 4301 Bronx Blvd., was great at setting me up with a storage unit, assisted through all the paperwork, and explained everything in a comprehensive and understandable way.

The customer service was phenomenal from all employees. I was treated like first class royalty before I even decided to sign a contract with them. The facility is clean and well organized inside and out. I love everything about the place, people and not to mention the perfect location. I love the fact that it is not overly publicized which makes it feel private and personal. I love how it is technologically advanced along with the great access hours.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. The space was clean which is very important to me. The lighting could be addressed after dark but not a concern of mine. Sensors would be a recommendation. Pricing is fair. Terms are tight.

Have you met the sheer perfection of customer service at the New Rochelle location otherwise known as Warren? He is the icing on the cake of a clean and impeccably run facility. He always has a smile and the patience of a saint. Going to a storage facility is usually just an unpleasant errand, in this case I actually look forward to it. Getting in and out of the facility is streamlined and the sociability of the staff raises the bar for all customer service. Every business could learn a thing or two from Safeguard - and Warren. Give that man a raise and a promotion!!!
