Very clean and the employees are extremely helpful. Much nicer than other facilities I have used in the past.

The team at safeguard made an incredibly bad week a little better. There were a lot of people just like me coming in to rent a space after loosing almost everything in hurricane Helene. They were so patient, calm, and caring. Thank them for me!!

I had an excellent experience at this storage facility. The staff was friendly and helpful...the facility itself was very clean and climate controlled. Prices were fair in comparison to other facilities I looked at.

The experience was very bad after I paid my bill for October the 1 the lady Megan was very rude and unprofessional on how she treated us from the other customers is was very hostile environment to be in knowing she was there harassing us shorting our time is was people smoking weed in front of the building she did nothing is was weed smell in the building on the floor we had our storage on and she allowed it pinpointing us so I would never do business with self storage knowing people can come and treat customer like trash and let other things go down and say nothing about it

The people at Safeguard are great and take good care of you. The facility is easy to navigate, the lockers are clean and easy to use and the prices are reasonable.

I'm not happy at all cause over charged me while is your fault to not debit on time ,then you left me with no option to come there to stop debt. I think l would prefer to by myself.
