Pristine clean storage units in a secure location that you can operate with your phone. It worked so well for me, sharing the code with my movers so I didn't have to be on location. And as soon as they close the unit, their code disappears, so it cannot be shared. Also, the front desk help is actually helpful! This is the best storage experience I've ever had...and I've had many.

Offer no assistance on a real emergency the door locks atmatucly after one minute and my purse and car keys ware inside I had no we’re to go no keys no money no phone and they didn’t help me in no way they said is open 24-7 but after 10 you can only get access with previous approval and in case of emergency you in your own

I was impressed by your associate because, I arrived at the facility at the time of closing and he stayed late to make sure I got into a Unit to store my things after just moving out of my apartment. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable and made sure that I knew how to access the building with the fob key. The service was outstanding!❤️

The 5X5 lockers originally offered to me were not that size. I have an arm span of 5 feet and could tell that they were off. Also, when I made the reservation online, it was not made clear that the cheaper prices were for overhead lockers. I did finally get a 5X5 and have been happy with the security and ease of pulling to the bays to pack and unpack. Hopefully my rate does not go up much at the end of the 6 month discount period. There isn't that much left in the locker so it will be easy to move to a new place. Public Storage ripped me off for months until I found this great place even though it is farther from my house. One thing I don't like is the strong fumes from the cleaning supplies when the air vents aren't working.

Horrible! Up rooted my life due to a fire in the storage unit and they couldn’t or should I say wouldn’t, even give me a discount on months after. Cost me so much time and money and heartache and told me sorry we can’t do anything for you, not even a discount.
