I was enticed to place an order on the basis of buy 2 and get a third free promise. However, after some weeks waiting for my order to arrive I found it consisted of a buy 2 and get no other condition. I searched all the appropriate references to see if there was an overlooked conditional which excluded my expectation, but found none (see below). Got on to this site by mistake. Canon cartridges expensive

We ordered ink and it took them 5 days to tell us that the item was out of stock. They then informed us that a refund would take a further 10 days. I asked them why 10 days and never received a reply.

Ease of navigation of Printerinks website to locate the cartridge I need.

Fairly easy to choose ink. Quick next day service. Parcel hasn't arrived yet so can't comment on quality.

The order was caught in the system. I'm not sure what that really meant, but when I'd waited for two days beyond the deadline, I used the site chat to ask. A very helpful member of staff - Constantin - dealt with the problem immediately, though my order has only just been sent - several days later. Pretty disappointed on this occasion, but the extra star goes to the helpful Constantin.

Excellent service - no problems

The order took well over a week to arrive, which is however par for the course in the north of Scotland. I thought I ordered new cartridges, but my laptop indicates that the cartridges are recycled; it remains to be seen how long they will last. Previous cartridges only produced about 30 sheets rather than the promised 130. The new colour cartridge had to be discarded, as there was an extra piece of sticky tape attached to the feeder which disintegrated when the tape was pulled off. I can return this in the recycling envelope.
