All cartridges arrived promptly and well packaged. An initial problem with printing turned out to be my own fault. Despite using your products successfully before I realised I had made an error and not removed the protection tab on one cartridge.

I ordered some compatible HP toner cartridges in December. When I found that my printer would not recognise the chips (non-HP) in the cartridges, I approached PrinterInks.com about a return and they agreed to refund me. It has taken until now to get a return arranged via Royal Mail. I have had to constantly chase for updates. They took delivery of the cartridges last week but I am still chasing for a refund. I would not order from PrinterInks.com again.

Failure to deliver

The cartridge you have sent is not compatible with my printer. Printer TS3450 pixma, so is no use to me at all
