It took me over a week to receive my inks, through no fault of yours. The post office delivery man enclosed a photo of the delivery drop but it was unrecognisable. It turned out to be my neighbour and if he had started this - the number of the house - it would have been easy. I am often out so deliveries are a problem. I would rather collect them myself either from the sorting office or another drop off. The product is fine. I have had an apology from the Post Office, but Just hope this does not happen again

I sent Printerinks the email below on Friday 2nd Jan. 2024 at 16h58. Yet to receive a reply. I paid £138.76 for a set of 4 cartridges, price not to be sneezed at! in the absence of a reply from Printerinks, I have had to source a magenta cartridge from elsewhere, so have paid for the same thing twice! "Hi There I placed the above order as I had run out of the Yellow cartridge. Upon receipt today, we replaced the old for the new. That's been fine. Then, at 16h15 the printer told us to replace the Magenta cartridge which we did. The printer does not like the Magenta cartridge which you supplied, my technical IT person says that it is a "duff cartridge". Try what he might, the printer DOES NOT LIKE the cartridge! I tried calling you on your Customer Service number , 020 8181 4010, at 16h38 and the prerecorded message asked me to call within your "regular business hours of 9h00 to 18h00". Monday to Friday! Well, today is Friday. The set of 4 cartridges was delivered early afternoon today. I have been buying these cartridges from your for some years and have NEVER had these issues! As you know, these cartridges are not cheap either! So, I am emailing you on a Friday and within your regular business hours. For the first time ever, there seem to be several issues, namely your cartridges are not necessarily up to the job and secondly, getting hold of you is problematic. Is there a problem with your business? Please provide a working Magenta cartridge with due expediency. Shall I return the "duff cartridge" to you? If so, will you re-imburse my postage for doing so as the cartridge is not fit for intended purpose of use? Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you by return. Regards

they show what print they have and the cost. they do offer a cheaper chose if people would want to have the cheap ink.Also delivery is first class
