It was quite difficult, although the young man taking the call was helpful, I was not able to use my £5.00 gift card as it did not have a visible reference number. Once we discarded that the order was taken swiftly as usual.

terrible customer service Dear John it was yourself that I delt with originally and you offered me a discount as you would not refund an unused item that I had mistakenly purchased . When I went to use the discounta few weeks later the call assistant said that it had run out of time .I said there was no mention of time in your email . This was ignored . She then quoted a price to me for a cartridge and I agree the purchase .When the bill cam through it charged £10 more than the verbal agreement with the call assistant .
