I was informed that there is a two year life on toner cartridges foe return and I was slightly over that time scale. As a result there was little help with my cartridge that was not recognised in my printer despite coming straight out of the package. Lesson learnt in not stocking up with toner!!

The delivery process was poor, customer service not taking accountability.

I received my ink cartridges in reasonable time but one of them had an issue. When I contacted the company I received no response. Customer service seems to be non-existent at least in my case. The advertising suggested "buy 2 get 1 free" but this did not materialise in my order as I only received 2. False promises, no customer service, barebones packaging...1 star service. Buyer beware.
