Wanted to return my toners as they were the wrong ones, spoke to Sara multiple times, she was really unhelpful. Didn't want to help me at all. I quoted that on your website you offer "free returns", she totally disregarded this. Never again will I order from this company again.

My cartridges arrived on time. But didn’t come with a return bag for the old ones. Also my free gift I wanted was out of stock and hopefully they will send it when it is in. 4* for cartridges and 3* for no return bag and free gift
