Despite 'modern technology' causing frustrations and difficulties to a non-technological nearly-80-yr-old the staff were helpful and understanding. I wasn't to know I couldn't use my house phone for the order in case the bank wanted to phone said number for a security reference before payment would be allowed. My daughter helped me with a mobile phone to make the order call so my house phone would be available when the bank did call. Thank you for your understanding and patience Constantine.

Having used this company before, I know what to expect from them.

Can you email me back as the parcel of ink cartridges came today and they have been damaged and are leaking out of the box. what do i do to return them as the paperwork inside is coved in ink :(

Easy to use website but very expensive! 96 quid for my printer inks - and they're compatibles and that was after a discount! Maybe I'm just out of touch. Excellent firm to deal with though.
