I asked for geuine inks but was sent compatible inks. However the printer accepted them.

Easy to use. Reasonable price

I ordered an expensive, over £100, set of printer ink cartridges on 26th December. Ok, that was Boxing Day but nowhere did I see that the cartridges would only be dispatched on 2nd January. If they were closed in that weird inter-festive week, which I presume was the case, surely it would be helpful to let customers know? This would be very easy to achieve for an on-line shop.

Ordered wrong colours. Contracted c/S to cancel, advised already dispatched.asked agent should I refuse delivery or accept and return, agent advised either way was acceptable. Cartridges delivered whilst I was out. Checked return policy, discovered I needed an R M A, agent not mentioned that. Contact c/S again and followed her instructions.returned cartridges as requested. Chased refund after 5 days. Advised refund was in the form of points and agent set up an account for my and informed me that he had to contact management to authorise. This is not as your refund terms! As of today I have received no confirmation of refund. It seems that each agent has a different set of rules. Previous to this experience, having dealt with the company over a number of years this has normally been a 5 star review.

Your marketing clearly states same day delivery. It is now day 3 since I ordered a d still no sign of my printer ink nor any information of its projected delivery date. It has left me a little concerned as it was, for mw, a sizeable order

The cartridges arrived in good order and in timely fashion. I did think they may have been a bit overpriced though, I don't buy them all that often so I am not sure of this.

As usual, no problems

Every time I place an order, its always a different part number I am never sure if they are compatible with the printer. The courier didn't leave the parcel at my house, they insisted it had been delivered delivered to number 25, instead of 24. Fortunately it was left at another address and the owner knows me personally and contacted me it was left to me to trace the package, they had delivered the package and taken a photo, as far as they were concerned it was delivered.
