Straightforward to order - good offers

I'm still waiting for my item after two weeks. This is a nightmare that your company shouldn't turn or allow to become a disaster. It's been a very ugly and sad experience.

Ordered from you on 27th November and still waiting for the ink. I have an order invoice from you and an email to say two to three days for delivery but STILL have not got my order.

The "free gift" offered (I chose printer paper) was not sent, neither was the recycling bag for old cartridge. I was sent some photo pater, which I will never use! I contacted Printer Inks and offered to return this mistaken item. I was told that this could not be accepted and it was what I had chosen. It was not! I will not use Printerinks again - they are unreliable and have a very poor attitude to customers.

Good service

Placed order on the basis of the printerinks advert of a set of ear pods with every order over £75 and have been unable to confirm that is the case. There is certainly no mention of them on the delivery notification.
