I canceled the subscription, but I’m still awaiting the refund they owed me and indicated I’d be receiving when I discussed the matter over the phone with their representative. Disappointing experience all around

United States | 29 March 2018Very disappointed. My husband gave me a monthly flower delivery for the year as a gift. The first two deliveries were beautiful and lasted a long time. I was delighted. This is my fourth delivery, and it was worse than a bunch of flowers that I would purchase in a grocery store. The flowers were pedestrian, the couple of roses in the bunch soft, and half of the bunch were dying greens. The flowers lasted 5 days. I have florist training and know how to condition flowers. There is no way these flowers would last regardless of how they were conditioned.

United States | 29 March 2018The service is a great... but delivery was not always great. 3 out of the 6 flower deliveries I received were nearly dead upon arrival. I received new flowers one time, but I did not ask the other two times because I was irritated with the service at that point. I really wish the flowers would have come to my door fresh so that we could enjoy them instead of just watching them die within 3 days of receiving them.

United States | 29 March 2018I bought a year’s worth of flowers for my wife Christmas a year and a half ago. She loves it so much I kept it going this year. The flowers always surprise and please her because they’re a large, beautiful bouquet and they aren’t necessarily what she would normally pick herself. About once a year she’s allergic to something that comes but that’s the only downside.

United States | 29 March 2018Honestly, the flowers mostly just don't last more than a few days. there are usually many stems that are dead or ruined from shipping. Most months they aren't even fragrant. I thought this would be a good way to get my wife flowers, and it is, but not knowing the type of arrangement that is being delivered monthly, and seeing now than most of the time they are not an arrangment of various flowers, has been the biggest let down. My wife has most times been unhappy versus the flowers I normally go and hand pick for her. Also when I subscribed to this service the add, or pages on the web promoting BloomsyBox, Showed many floral arrangements with Calla Lilies (my wifes favorite)...we've received one shipment of Lilies, and they lasted a couple days before flopping over...Lame. We wish you at BloomsyBox luck, but we will not be renewing our subscription after this term is up, and unfortunatley we cant say we would recommend this service either.

United States | 29 March 2018Although I thoroughly enjoyed the service, and the flowers were great and lasted 10-14 days, I will be likely checking out the competitors services in the future. The product is great, but the bait and switch just to get another month of people’s money is dissatisfying. I signed up for a 3 month service and the flowers kept on coming, and of course, I was still being charged. Really unacceptable.

United States | 29 March 2018Very disappointed in this last box. Flowers were browned upon arrival. I trimmed the stems and put in water anyway and within two days I had to throw the bouquet away. This is the second one that has happened. The other one was the small rose bouquet.

United States | 29 March 2018Flowers were a little droopy when they arrived, but after being trimmed and spending a couple of hours in warm water they looked beautiful. The next morning they looked as if they were two weeks old - the heads were droopy and faded. There was nothing to do but throw them out. Please cancel any subscription I may have with you. United States | 29 March 2018Two months in a row, my mom received a box full of dead flowers. I subscribed to Bloomsybox to bring a smile to my mom’s face not make her feel sad. The first time, customer service told me that the flowers were wilted and just needed to stay in water for a couple of hours. However, they did send new flowers in response to the pictures of the dead flowers I shared. The turn around was about 2 weeks which was disappointing. The next scheduled delivery had similar results. I emailed customer service on Saturday and am still waiting for a response and today is Wednesday. So disappointed on so many levels!
