United States | 30 March 2018The first month, spirit roses, was wonderful. Beautiful flowers. The next three months have been mediocre at best. The flowers in the second shipment, gerbera daisies, were all dead within 3 days. We'll see what the next few months bring.

United States | 30 March 2018I was a little concerned when the flowers came - in the winter - they were a little droopy. I was gold to wait 24-48 hours and sure enough, they are beautiful. We received one bouquet that didn't recover and the company replaced it within a few days! They were extremely helpful and kind during the transactions!

In March 2018, I got an email thanking me for my purchase and saying my flowers had been delivered as of March 2018. I called and was told there was a glitch in their system and that I had not been billed (again!) and no flowers had been delivered. Now I get an email asking me to rate my recent experience. Are you kidding me? This must be a glitch of facebook proportions. Why won't these people go away?

So basically I have paid $45 a month since Christmas for my mom to receive frozen flowers. Not happy and especially not happy that BloomsyBox would not rectify the situation.
