My son bought me a four month package for my birthday in December. He could not have bought me a better gift. These flower arrangements are original, colorful, and the scent is amazing. I have never had such a wonderful experience with any other local or online florist. Typically these bouquets last over two weeks with regular water changes. I could not be more thrilled with a company, and highly recommend Bloomsy Box above all others.

Subscribed to 6 month - Large Arrangements...They never sent my card or the vase, I contacted them via email and they assured me they would resend it and make it right...Still no card, The flowers they sent didn’t last but about a day, the third month all they sent was some dead greenery - nothing with any “Blooms” at all, and right at Christmas time, my girlfriend was so disappointed as was I. I cancelled my service and they still charged me for the dead greenery in the last shipment...I suggest using someone else as you do not get the premium flowers they charge you for....RUN SOMEWHERE ELSE! BUYER BEWARE.

Had 2 orders messed up by this company who then refused to make it right. First order about Christmas (12/21) was left in the warehouse and never shipped. Due to holiday and weekends the next available delivery date was a week later (12/27) and that was what I had to settle for Second time order was placed 5 weeks in advance for Valentines Day and delivery came after 4:30 to office building that closed at 4:00. Bloomsy claimed its Fed Ex's fault because it was on end of route. Reason- they shipped home delivery which starts later and goes to HOMES so can be delivered as late as 8:00pm. Both times I was told guarantee was not relevant to me since my complaint was not with the flowers. PLEASE do not use this company. Save your money

Horrible customer service! I subscribed to the monthly Flowers 50.00. Both times the flowers were left outside in the freezing cold. Do the delivery drivers not know that there are flowers inside!. I have emailed customer service twice and have never heard from them. Needless to say I have canceled my subscription and I am now on the hunt for a different month-month company. Save your money and get flowers from a local Florist!

What a beautiful arrangement! The box it was delivered in was a perfect size for it, the flowers were secured well, and the wrapping was super cute to open up. The flowers are perfectly cut to sit nicely in a vase and it came with a package of plant food which I really appreciated! My flowers arrived in great condition and smell wonderful! I've had them for two days now and the flowers still look very fresh. I wish I could include a picture !!!!!
