United States | 29 March 2018For the second month in a row, the flowers did not arrive overnight, but second day instead. They were limp and they never properly recovered. Out of four months of deliveries so far, only one was successfully delivered and in good shape. I plan on cancelling this subscription and requesting a refund for last two months of delivery

I ordered 3 months gifts to my daughter and son's families to add a little springtime to the dreary winter. I could not be more pleased! First of all, the customer service is top notch. Responsive and personal! The quality of the flowers are fantastic and the assortments are just lovely. Both my daughter and daughter-in-law were thrilled with the selections. Even the small bouquets were more than adequate size. BloomsyBox.com was an exceptional find and I will definitely use them again.

BUT when she receives them they are wilted and die within days. I called the company and you have to leave a message, no one to talk to. I left a message about a week ago, no one even had the decency to call me back. I hate to cancel because the gift was supposed to be for a year, but I also dont like giving my friend a wilted bunch of flowers every month.

United States | 28 March 2018I ordered the mid-sized BloomsyBox as a recurring monthly gift to for my business partner/dear friend... there have been 3 deliveries so far, all timely, and all high quality gorgeous arrangements. As a heads-up to anyone considering this service, the cut flowers do not come in any water when delivered, so when they first come out of the box, they look a bit droopy/thirsty...but I think because they are so freshly cut, they bounce right back so quickly and look so healthy once you put them in water! Amazing! And long lasting compared to the local grocer!

United States | 28 March 2018I ordered one subscription for my mother in law. She gets the large rose subscription. They are beautiful. I get the large flower subscription. I have been a little disappointed with the flowers when they arrive. They are always squished in the box. Some of the heads fall of of the flowers in the box. This month a got a bouquet of mixed flowers. They were not what I expected. Hardly any flowers just a lot of what I call filler flowers. Mostly green leaves. There were a few small roses and daisy like flowers. When I subscribed, I wanted the one kind of flower in the bouquet as advertised. I prefer to decorate with vases of one kind of flower over bouquets of filler.

The first flowers she received in December 2017 were not in good shape and died a few days after arrival. I contacted customer service and expressed my disappointment with the quality of the first delivery and another box was immediately sent out. That one and each one thereafter has been amazing. I'm very favorably impressed with the responsiveness of the company to our first issue and the quality of the flowers we've received since then.
