First time placing an order and to be honest; I'm very cautious of ordering anything else in all truth. Good things Very reasonably priced, delivery was good and arrived earlier than anticipated which is always good. Discreet packaging as well which again is always good. Bad things Lack of instructions included with the items is quite disconcerting, especially when you're first time users. Also, for a couple of the items, we had to have the batteries in a very specific place in order for the items to work - and when I say very specific, I mean nearly 3 hours of taking the batteries out and rearranging them, unscrewing the cap and slowly putting it back on in order to see if that helps. We did eventually manage to get all the items working albeit a very very long winded and annoying process. As for one of the items, ironically, the only one that didn't require any special attention to get working, has now got a snapped wire which renders the item useless. I wouldn't mind as much if it was down to user error but in this instance, it's very difficult to get wrong and I was only trying to clean the item when I noticed what I thought to be a slight blemish in the wire however this turned out to be a cut/gash in the wire which had almost sheered all the way through. In my effort to keep the wire as intact as possible, it snapped completely. I contacted customer support via email on Friday last week as the office had closed, which is perfectly fine however we are now going into Wednesday and will be 3 days without any form of contact. Maybe when/if I do get to speak with anyone this review may be improved but so far, very disappointed with the experience overall

Item stopped working after 1 day wouldn’t buy again

Do not trust this company. A negative but honest review was left about a faulty item. On checking the review a few weeks later the said review was removed. Why give customers the option to leave reviews that are honest and open, only to them remove them as it was negative.
