I asked for a return in an email ,but nobody bothered to answer my email.

The bad experience wasn't so much Bondara's fault, as it is the delivery company they use, Evri, although Bondara are at fault for how long it takes them to reply to the issues inevitably caused by Evri. I placed an order and paid for next day delivery, Evri failed to provide it, blaming weather, despite there being no bad weather. Their tracking is pitiful, with it constantly going back and fourth and telling you it's out for delivery but also saying it's not etc... It's now been a week and a half since my "next day" order was meant to arrive, and i still don't have it. Where Bondara is to blame is that it took them a week to reply to my first email about the issue, and i'm still waiting for the reply to my second.

None of the items came with a product information sheet. There was ONE single general information sheet for the whole order regarding all of their products but nothing specific to what I actually ordered. Some came just in a clear plastic bag. Some came in a box, and apart from made in China, no other information was on the box either. When I contacted them, they wrote that all of the details are found on their website hence no product information sheets, plus they did not have the information about a specific product readily available either.
