Works very well and is a great size, but it slips out unless you hold it in place and the angle is difficult for two people. However for me as a trans man, it's great for solo play and feeling as those I have a penis.

United Kingdom | 27 January 2025Having used Bondara on many occasions, I discovered that I had bought an item twice, the second one being bought just under a year ago! Having not even broken the seal on the box, so that it was EXACTLY as received by me, I asked to return it for a credit note (NOT, I stress for a refund). My request was outside the 100 days allowed and they relied on their 'Returns Policy' to refuse my request, even after I asked them to reconsider. Adding insult to injury, I was absolutely incensed that the 'Bondara Customer Care Team' then had the audacity to end their refusal with "I hope you have a lovely day", thus making a bad situation even worse. Was this designed to insult me or was it just gross ineptitude? Either way. so much for 'Customer Care' - they couldn't actually give a toss. Never again, I shall now transfer my custom to Lovehoney. Edit after Response: "I can see that the team have acted within the policy for returns." My point exactly! I did not dispute that. However, Bondara chose to rely on "policy" rather than consider their customer relationship.
