I've only used the pump about three times, and it seems to bring back some feeling to my togger, so I will persivere. I think the pump would be better with a rubber hose and pump, as opposed to the plastic one supplied. However, I'm sure that would increase the cost of production and retail. On that point, I think amazon sells them for £10 or less (delivered), so that's why Bondera lost a star or two.

The product arrives on time and packaged as described. However although the end use is clear it needed charging and there were no directions or instructions as to how this should take place. I did eventually work it out and the product is now working fine. It's possible that others found this issue confusing as well.
