Using uber for only second time ever I selected *economy and came to a page with a single button on it which said pick your time or something similar not knowing any better I clicked on that button which had no description of any sort about what was to happen other than choose your pickup time and that is solely what I was doing That that one action cost me £20 more than the fare would have been had I not hit that button.
