Great products. Easy to use website and quick discreet delivery

I ordered an item that was supposed to arrive the next day but didn't. I then requested a refund. I have not received the item and I haven't received a refund at all. I would not recommend ordering from this site at all.

Easy access to what I want to buy

The products were exceptionally good, however the simple matter of the box flaps taping-up was out of position, meaning that one flap was loose except for 1cm in the corner. Consequently the flap was actually open when received AND one of the three product boxes was missing.

Website showed all clearly .. made my purchases easily .. delivered promptly

The website is easy to navigate and delivery was spot on, exactly as I had been informed. Then I had a query about the product I had purchased. Customer services replied to my email very quickly with advice/information that I found very reassuring and helpful. Excellent service all round.

The goods ordered were ok, but I was disappointed with Evri, the courier. Every email they sent to me regarding the delivery had your company make prominently shown in the header, not at all discrete. May I suggest that you speak to them about that please?

NOT DISCRET. The courier sent me email.saying we have received your Bondara parcel. So there you go, if you ate like me,.knowing your driver, he or she will.know what are you buying. On the other hand, products are nice.

Well , you make a big fuss about the billing being Nangook Ltd in the name of discretion . Fair enuffski. Then splatter the name "Bondara" all over the information given to Evri. Kind of defeats the purpose of being discreet , no? 🙄😇🤣🤣
