Prompt deliveries and always helpful if any problems

I have been buying online from Logic for several years now. All orders have been delivered accurately and promptly. The only one to “go adrift” was immediately re delivered. Customer service has always been pleasant and helpful and I have experienced no problems with any of the products.

Not receiving discount codes anymore

delivery was fine , looks like a 5 % increase in prices as a result of 20% discount having been withdrawn getting to be too expensive at over £2 per capsule/pod am now looking for a replacement system after having been with Logic for many years , pricing themselves out of the market unfortunately !

Always delivered within 1-2 days of ordering(next day delivery if ordered before 3pm) well packaged and you get what you ordered and sometimes a surprise item as a gift!

Very efficient quick service

Delivery was prompt and efficient. The cartridges, when used with my older battery units, are pleasant to use. Unfortunately I'm reconsidering my future custom as I'm not happy with the new style of battery component, so when my remaining 2 older ones die I will have to decide. Also, for the 3rd time in last 6 months I didn't receive the regular customer loyalty discount card with my delivery (without which makes them less affordable).

The packaging was not sealed properly and only 3 of the 5 items ordered were inside. I have sent an email with photos reporting this.

So easy to order online or by phone. Customer service is very good Delivery is prompt, within a few days. I've ordered one morning and items often received the next day. Even had a gift for Christmas 😊.
