Like may others I am disappointed that the Logic Pro has been discontinued. The new battery to replace the Compact is just awful. It needs recharging far too often and the USB C charging lead is a really bad idea. It has too many pointless 'features' and when it is charged it doesn't work very well - sometimes I have draw really hard on it to get a response from the pods. Once my stock of pods has gone I will be switching to Vuse.

Ordering and delivery was very good but would like a tobacco flavour with less than 12mg for the Logic Compact.

Pods are way too expensive

Quick and efficient delivery but the new compact device is awful. The old one was simple, it had a USB connection that I could use in car, work etc. I didn't realise that the new device uses a USBc connection, so I had to buy an adaptor. I don't remember seeing a mention of this when I ordered from the website. The new device cable is very short and the magnetic connection from the device to the cable is very weak. It is difficult to find a position in which to keep the device firmly in place and it just falls away from the cable at any bending movement. When I get through my supply of compact pods, I'm not going to buy any more Logic products unless something like the old device, which worked perfectly, comes back.

I’m a regular Logic customer but this new Moov device is appalling. Can someone please tell me what kind of adaptor I’m supposed to use to charge this? It’s usually just a regular USB but this one isn’t. Have bought a USB C plug 20 watt charging power adaptor and it has been charging for over 5 hours and still nowhere near fully charged. Is this the right adaptor? Can someone please help? I’m not technically minded and Logic have really dumped a useless new object on us. Waste of money up to now. Can we please have the Logic Compact back - no trouble with that one.

The new flavour of tobacco and the rebranding has totally ruined the product. A flavour that was close to the taste of a cigarette has been replaced with a disgusting burnt coffee tasting product.I have been searching stores for any old stock, but it appears that there isn’t any left locally.

Ongoing saga... Thankfully Logic posted me a new vape as the original one did not work. They also sent a free vape pods which was really appreciated. However second device did not work. It seems on further research that I need a USBc not just a usb... Still unable to charge device... The website does not make this clear either.... It is very confusing.. Will literally have to dump logic as have not got a clue... Honestly what were you guys thinking.. pulling a popular easy to use device... Also why do you think people know the differences between usb and usbc... Always had a good experience with logic in the past.. sadly you have just made your product too confusing

Top guys, sends very fast!

The shape of the mouth piece is terrible compared to the logic pro. I have been a customer for about 12 years and have obviously seen the changes through them. The logic pro was by far the best but unfortunately I can't get the refills now. The new logic charging takes longer and after charging one overnight found that it wasn't charged. I wish I could continue with the pro and am considering changing the brand I use.
