Both times I have ordered vape pods, they have been delivered the next day! Great service. Will definitely be ordering again.

New logic vape is flimsy to manage and operating bewildering. The pods don’t last long and a lot more expensive than old model that I have used for 7 years. Unfortunately will not be reordering. P.S Logic Pro got me off the cigs so I’ll be forever grateful to you for that x

I was struggling to find refills in shops so went online and found the Logic website great, easy to order and pay with quick delivery-great service, recommended.

Charging the new device is a faff. Had to buy an adaptor for the usb c charger, and it connects to the device via a magnet, so in the car it's an issue. The device is far too techy with locking itself off, and dumb functions that nobody wants. I don't know what they were thinking design wise,it's a vape, not a high tech piece of electronic gadgetry.

Been using for 4 years now but many local shops including Tesco have stopped stocking logic or have supply issues,why??

My friends and I have used Logic Pro 6mg tobacco for many years and were very sad they were discontinued. Tried small new logic and don’t know where to begin . Stupid wiggly charger especially if charging points at top. Horrible sweet tobacco and no 6mg. The mouthpiece is really big so feels like you need to almost swallow the whole thing. Apart from that great 😡 No stars would be my vote

They change the main product seemingly almost monthly, which means you have to start again buying the actual cigarette, charger, pods etc etc. Always out of stock across shops. Often long waits online. Capsules themselves have no consistency of flavour. Clearly made cheaply abroad.

whats going on. listen to me. I am an 80 year old, I have no degree in rocket science or whichever degree is needed to operate this device its dreadful. It has caused me an attack of depression I am so so upset. I have a good number of the old pods left, will you refund me please as they dont fit the handicapped new device. Please do something I am so distressed.

First time ordering on logic site, easy to order, variety of choices to choose from, love the new logic vape pen i have purchased and noticed vape pods have lasted much longer with new vape pen also love the new different technique im able to use the vape, noticed pods didn't last me a day on the old vape pens, i have also purchased accessories such as chargers for vape pen such as the power dock which works great, will be ordering more products of the site from now on, items are good value for money not too expensive, i have no issues except i had to purchase usb with type c connection for charging dock as the lead is type c, however customer service helped me with this when i was not aware how to use the dock, overall happy.

The new logic vape is much worse than the previous model with a poor battery, difficult to charge and unnecessary vibration warnings. After many years using the old logic i will move to a different brand when my original logic fails. Just to add i have had the new logic for 10 days and it wont fully charge already

New Logic Compact is unusable. The old model was straightforward and easy to use, pop in the pod and vape, charge as necessary. The new model has been overcomplicated with unnecessary technology, it requires sliding a user unfriendly tab to turn it on; it turns itself off without reason before the three minute automatic saver is activated; supposedly counts how many puffs / draws you’ve had, (which right minded smoker / vaper does that?); and what’s with the vibrating? I was told by customer service to turn it sharply 180 degrees to activate it??? On the intermittent occasions you can get it to work, the hit is nothing like the old one. Aside from changing the charger to a C which I didn’t have the adapter for so had to buy one, I can’t charge it in my car as I could the old one. It is wholly unreliable and not what vapers are looking for, they just want reliability, it’s a habit remember! This review has not just been based on one faulty device, same issues with two fresh out the box from Logic. They’ve really dropped the ball on this and I can see it costing them their business as people won’t put up with the issues highlighted. The old ones were bad enough when they just stopped working for no reason but at least they worked most of the time. All in all the new device is a joke. One lost customer!

Just got the new lodgic pro device..hate it hate the idea you need to use your android phone to charge if you have one other than that need to buy a different adaptor the connection to the vape to charge is terrible comes off far to easy awkward to charge I find,I get things get updated but usually for the better I think this is just awful & I’ve used lodgic and always been my favourite wouldn’t even give this one star 😩

Easy, quick and reliable

I have used the Logic Pro for years and didn't have any problems with it. The capsules were good and reasonable cost, I used 1 a day. I've now had to change to the Logic Compact as it is their only vape. The device was delivered without a charger so I was unable to charge it until I brought the correct charger (not available through Logic and they don't tell you there is no charger included). The intense capsules have a vile taste and made me cough every time I used it. These capsules are the same price as the Logic Pro capsules but you get half the amount of capsules, so double the price. I am using 2 capsules a day, so this is a considerably more expensive option. I have lodged 2 complaints with Customer Service and still waiting for a Manager to call me back to discuss my complaints. To top it off Logic have now stopped the recycling of the capsules in exchange for new capsules. Sorry Logic you've made a big mistake with your changes! After being a customer for 13+ years I have no option but to shop elsewhere.
