United Kingdom | 15 December 2021This company is unbelievable. The customer service is ridiculous. They took forever to apparently deliver my order, then the courier delivered to another address. Even though, I sent proof the address it was delivered, was not my address, they are still reluctant to give me a refund. Will escalate this. Don't order from this company.

United States | 29 June 2021i ordered something from them from amazon , i was annoyed it took a month to get to me in the usa, but i was like whatever its fine. got my package and it was messed up . contacted them , and they replied faster than probably 95% of any other seller ive had issues with stuff on , and they were extremely polite and resolved the issue offering refund and to still replace my order . they sent my new order and i declined the refund . im extremely happy with how things went even though at first it was a bit slow.

With oOrder number 4 however, I was informed by the delivery company that the package was damaged and that Hawthorn Health would organise re-delivery. That was 1 month ago. Emails, customer service forms, even voice messages have resulted in nothing. Very poor customer service. I won't buy from them again.

Sweden | 07 March 2020Absolutely worthless company. DO NOT do business with them if you are a wholesaler or work with dropship. Hawthorn can not fulfill any delivery either in the UK or outside UK. They will charge you but the packages never arrive, and they never refund for missing orders. Probably the never even ship the packages in the first place. There invoices are a nightmare, as they always charge you wrongfully with orders that never were placed.

United Kingdom | 10 February 2020Dreadful company. They advertised on eBay showing three bars of a specialist soap i.e. Dead Sea Soap, for a price that included postage and packaging. When the parcel arrived, it contained only one bar of soap (not three as advertised) and the seller has refused to forward the other two bars, stating that it is the fault of eBay for incorrect advertising. I always thought that it was the seller's responsibility for placing the advertisement for their product! Also, the delivery person from Yodel could not be bothered to leave the parcel with neighbours who were at home at the time of delivery, nor could he be bothered to leave it underneath our side door (which most delivery firms have done in the past). This is not the first time I have encountered problems with Yodel. In the recent past, two items delivered by Yodel have been damaged on arrival.

Canada | 29 December 2019We ordered a 6 pack of bottled tabasco hot sauces. 5 of the 6 bottles arrived broken with the hot sauce leaking everywhere. The packaging was done so poorly, only wrapped in brown paper and not bubble wrap, that the bottles broke. Pretty shabby on Hawthorn's part. We are trying to get a refund from Amazon. We will see how that goes. My wife likes ordering online. I am not thrilled with all the aggravation of online ordering.
