I bought a brand new device from them lasted a day took it back to them asked for a replacement and they said they have to send it away to get checked before they can replace it. I never had this problem before at other vape shops they replace it the same day so why cant they do the same? Staff was so rude and unprofessional.

New Zealand | 25 January 2024Shosha Palmerston North-Went in TWICE to purchase coils for my vape (Even showed them a photo of the coils I needed online as well as the vape I needed the coils for) BOTH TIMES they gave me the wrong coils and I wasn't allowed to open the box to make sure they fit or were the right ones so I have wasted $50 on coils that I will no longer use I'm fuming and Shosha is the only vape store that sells my coils so get it right next time or Imma sue you for false advertising and stealing my money

New Zealand | 15 December 2023Rip offs, Whangarei Shosha. Done a click n collect a gift. Collecter picked up item, Followed instructions to charge vape. Didn't work after the 3 hours instructed to charge. Took it back to shop, before work was told be ready later that day. Arrived 8 hours Lata to pickup, wasn't ready nothing had been Checked. Was told to come back the next day. She refused. Demanded another 1. She was given another vape. The store person took the packaging off the new vape took the vape out and gave it to her. She relayed this to me . Also told me there was no packing on the 1st one She had recieved aswell. I contacted shoosha explained they sold an unsealed product the 1st time. Anyone could have tampered with it before she collected it. They checked cameras accepted the pa kaging had been removed by stores person. So that's 2 products that packaging had been removed. This was a $100 purchase. They have not re contacted me to discuss any further . They are dodgy

New Zealand | 05 November 2023Absolutely pissed. Purchased a vape, had an issue, replaced with new vape. Now won't charge not even 2 weeks in. Now the Henderson manager won't accept a refund to go towards a different and better brand of vape. I feel used by this company. They've sold a faulty and crappy vape therefore they need to either refund the full amount or credit towards a new vape. I've always been a customer but no more.

New Zealand | 16 September 2023Wailua park on the Northshore. Rip off artists. Had a faulty vape (brand new) Returned it got. Had to do the 3 to 5 day wait. By day 3 they hadn't sent it out. They replaced it and the replacement was just as bad. Now they are saying they won't do a refund or replacement. And not the first crappy experiencethere too, but definitelythe last. Wow you guys really suck.. Would give a minus star rating if possible. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF.

New Zealand | 12 September 2023Shopped at the invercargill store tonight and purchased a vape got home 5 mins later to find I had purchased the wrong one so went straight back to the store tried to exchange it for a more expensive model but was told no refunds at all even though only purchased 15mins before and unopened product Staff were rude and just kept pointing out the refund sign that you needed to be at least 6 foot talk to be able to read as it’s flat on the counter Will not shop there ever again !!

New Zealand | 10 March 2023Plastic pollution! The bottle of juice I purchased online had NO HOLE to squirt the juice out of. They're sourcing the cheapest product they can and it just creates plastic waste. The vape juice tastes like petrol too. I went to the store to replace the no hole bottle, and discovered that the replacement one once opened was a GLASS EYEDROPPER type so wouldn't refill my device which I had shown them..! Lazy service and just wasteful.

I was sent the wrong product, and they claim they called me and I approved the change (the one and only call from them was missed). They are refusing to cover the shipping cost to send back the products they wrongfully sent to me

Whoever created this product didn't give a hoot for the customer. These people want your money, not your customer satisfaction. When I went back and said I was concerned how bad this product was the manager and staff treated me like I was actually stupid and tried to tempt me to buy more of their stock! I said I would never go back. Quit while you are ahead. Breathe fresh air. Avoid trash consumerism. Live well, be happy to yourselves and one another!

New Zealand | 31 October 2022Awful service, I ordered online but the vape didn’t work, fair enough I know that can happen but I had to jump thru hoops to get it replaced. Multiple emails I had to send video then I had to go to a local store go thru the whole thing again no immediate replacement from the shop but had to wait again, finally they got the ok to replace it but it wasn’t available so I waited again finally when it was available they wouldn’t send it out I had to go in & pick it up even thou I had covered delivery online. No apologies & unfriendly shop staff means I will not be shopping here again.
