Register shows it $8.99, I challenge the price and said she should sell to me as price shown, she wouldn’t, she became rude and unhelpful, never again will I step foot inside this shop again. Beware on what you are actually charged. If you still need to go into it’s at your own risk. Website also shows it at $6.99. But

Uncooperative customer service and delays can make you feel scammed. At Shosha stores we aim to do it better, with a great return policy that’s second to none in our field." What a crock of sh**. We bought a vape just over a month ago and with no warning it ceased functioning. We walked into the Rangiora store thinking" easy, the vape is broken, we can easily get it replaced or a refund." No such luck. The rather gormless looking staff obviously have no idea of the consumer guarantees act and instead tried to make us jump through multiple hoops and told us that they needed to keep the vape for" a few days" to test it and follow a multiple day complaints process and that they would "let us know" when they had reached a conclusion. They also suggested that if they were to provide an exchange or a refund that we would be charged for the coil and pod of the vape during the process. I of course told them that this was ridiculous and opted to take the vape back and go to another store as we were only in the area for a short time. Had no luck with their online customer service team either. They stated "we do not offer on the spot exchanges or refunds". So now I'm going to have to go into a other store, try my luck again and probably be branded a "Karen" in the process. Never buying from Shosha again.

New Zealand | 13 September 2022Shipping info on their website: i. Orders placed before 3pm NZDT will be processed and dispatched on the same day. ii. Orders placed after 3pm NZDT will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Fake info! In reality, orders placed early mornings are dispatched after 3 days in the best-case scenario, so it takes 1 week at least to be delivered. No explanations or apologies for delay whatsoever, just very argumentative staff who would better focus their energy on processing and shipping rather than repeating that the order is "processing": you can see it in processing status for the last 3 days anyway.

New Zealand | 29 July 2022The sosha shop in Hamilton east has bad customer service. I actually used to go there more than once and they would sell me juices and they were super kind. Then I drove there one night and the store manager demanded that I give them ID even though they previously sold to me so I gave them my school ID they said that wasn’t enough. I asked if a passport would be enough and they just kept repeating we need a NZ valid license but didn’t confirm whether I could bring a passport or driver license. I ended up driving home and grabbed my license, drove back to the store and they wouldn’t serve me. Honestly their rude and incompetent. Not only that but when I used to go there, they’d sell me the 50 meg without even telling me how strong it was or asking. I went again today and the guy was super rude. He was white and Maori too.

I took it back and the man behind the counter removed the coil with his over grown nails, no gloves, dried it out with cotton buds and yet I still have the same problem. don't goto the Courtenay place shop!

New Zealand | 29 May 2022Rotorua shoosha where do they employ theses workers from have met 2x workers very nice the others omg snapoy grumpy ride. have purchase 3x vapes first vape all good 2nd vale 80w stick died the first day then i had to wait for warranty team to give the ok before thwy replaced it then the bloody thing leaked all time. now my 3rd vape i like but for some reason it leaks i dont over fill it so not sure what the heck is going on now if customers are going to spend alot of money on theses vapes they shouls work 100% not 50% will try differnt vape shop when needing a new vape next time

New Zealand | 26 May 2022ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING SERVICE After coming back into the Invercargill store after looking for my bank card.. I said " I'm just going to look for next time as I don't have my card. I then was notified of my suspicious behaviour and asked what was I talking about to my passenger?? WT? I was so shocked!! Then I was basically accused of lying and then accused of not buying for myself and doing this same thing before?? I was told don't come back into this store unless your passenger comes in with ID ( I'm 49 and was just unsure of what I should get and not knowledgeable about the best product for me . (I wanted to give up smoking) This was the most embarasing thing I have ever encounted considering this was in front of customers. I have since learned they have followed many customers outside and accused them of the same thing . I was so upset I rang the manager (who I'm pretty sure was the person who accused me) and ask for his name so I could put in a complaint but he would not give it to me. I don't complain much but this was a must!!! In the hope no one ever feels the way I did.

Then try to tell you you’re in the wrong with no proof to back themselves up. Rude, obnoxious and not very knowledgeable on the products they sell. Also noticed a lot of their products have been rebranded with the Shosha name, but not actually made by them

New Zealand | 01 February 2022Shosha have terrible after sales care. Manukau Store don’t understand how consumer law works. Attempted to return a faulty vape and they will pulled every string to tell me “No.” Auckland in red light setting and one of the store employees was not wearing a mask for the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. Poor consumer service, would recommend people visit cosmic over shosha. Cosmic have a higher level of after sales care and understand NZ consumer law.

The shisha pipe i purchased broke the moment i took it home. Cheaply built products and no refunds on broken items. Never waste your time and money here.

I try reaching their chat boot, seems I am taking to a robot only... this is how they packed there item and taking care of their deliveries

New Zealand | 22 October 2021This company operates badly. I have had a really bad experience with their customer service relating to the sale of vapes and juice to underage kids. They just don't care. I have been in talks with them for quite a while now about receiving a refund for products that were returned to them unopened (due to them sending to an underage child which I intercepted). NZ Post shows the parcel was delivered to them, but they are denying receipt of it. They are only in this for the money and don't care about their legal and social responsibilities.

New Zealand | 12 October 2021I purchased some coils from the south Dunedin shosha store for my new vape. I opened one when I got home and the there was a shortage. I tried a second and a third but still the same issue. Turned out they were the wrong coild for my vape. I called the north Dunedin store because the south d store had closed. The guy on the phone was really nice and said they should be able to refund me there. Unfortunately when I went in the manager said I would have to go to the south Dunedin store tomorrow when they open to get my refund. After continuously talking to his colleague in store about how frustrating my vape was the manager budged and offered a refund. I then though we’ll if I’m getting a refund and my vape is annoying me I’ll buy another one. The helpful one sorted me out. I was about to buy some juice coils and a new vape. But then the manager said he could not process the refund as the coils were “used” AKA (dipped in oil). I took my old vape and walked out. I was about to spend 120 bux plus however many replacement coils and juice I would buy in the future but the manager was greedy. I will not be purchasing from shosha again!!

Had two separate stores in different cities try to sell me the same nic salt from a NZ company when I specifically asked for US import. Both insisted that it’s a US brand despite the fact that I pointed out on the bottle AND box where it says NZ owned & made, and each flavour is named after a place in Aotearoa. Not only that, but every vape juice is insipid in flavour, burns your throat & coil like hell when you vape it, and the staff don’t even use their own products (or at least not enough to know what it vapes like, how long it lasts, etc.). I’ve never had a good vape juice from these stores. Basically the only thing this place is good for is bong parts and scented candles. Most other products are a waste of money.
