Terribly disappointed. Contacted the sales team over the phone and enquired on what colours were available regarding a vape kit I was interested. The person said it’s randomly allocated but to drop an email to the sales team. I placed the order and sent two emails requesting black. One via the website and another email as per given. Guess what? I received my least favourite colour which I specified to NOT send. Very annoying given the vape kit cost me $120.

Shocking service from the Upper Hutt Store. Purchased a complete system, over the following weeks , it failed to charge . I returned it and they did their very best to avoid a solution. I located a date and was well within the 3 month timeframe, but they still wanted a receipt. I finally got another system. With ZERO paperwork. I visited today as this has also stopped and they remembered me, they asked for a receipt. I explained l was never given one. They then said it was out of warranty. As the warranty of the 1st system covered the warranty of the second one. I explained that was not legal and they said we don’t know NZ Law we have no warranty for the items only the manufacturers have them. Disgusting service from this store not to mention totally on the wrong side of the law. I see they have stopped responding as of January, as the complaints about their stores seem to be the same thing, “stopped charging” and they just refuse to do anything.

I purchased the Palm Fit in an attempt to give up smoking cigarettes. Walked into the store knowing nothing about vaping and wanted something suitable to replace cigarettes. The device itself I have little problem with. However the knowledge and expertise of the staff leaves much to be desired. There was absolutely no questions asked about how much I smoked or the strength of my cigs or how long I’d been smoking for, left to my own judgement I chose the palm fit, probably not the best best choice as I practically choked on the 30mg, way to strong. So purchased the 0 mg (no nicotine there) I am persevering in the hope that I will eventually quit. But Shosha if your aim is not to just fleece people of money but actually help them to give up smoking then please educate your staff.

Was sold a bottle that had leaked, now something I'm inhaling into my lungs I need to protect myself, I took the bottle back , I had removed the plastic, which is when I noticed the leak, I was told it wasn't leaking and colour in label change was just the printing , the juice had leaked down the back of the label, was told as I had removed plastic they could do nothing about it, I got angry and demanded a non leaking bottle, I tried to get the woman to look in display case as the whole row had wet rings where all bottles had leaked, she got scared as I was shouting quite loud, I apologized and told her I felt like I wasn't being heared, my intention was not to scare a woman, but if I didn't stand up for myself I would have gone home with a compromised bottle , she called her boss he was willing to change the bottle I had to remove the plastic in front of her , the bottle was good, I was told not to go into their shop in future , no skin off my nose, they seem to be all about the money, I guarantee if I had taken the bottle back with the plastic on it would have been my fault, I'd rather give my custom to someone else, tread carefully. They claim to be the biggest and best from other reviews read they seem to be one of the worst companies in new Zealand.

I just bought an z biip from shosha. The vape works fine for now however the free e-liquid coming with the vape is so old and it is about to be expired (Sep 2019).

Paid extra for Saturday shipping.. never turned up.. wondering what I paid extra for?.. definitely wouldn't recommend shopping online .. vapo and vaporium for me now 🤦🏽‍♂️

For Myself This review is my honest opinion of my experience at Shosha Manakau. I find them very helpful and friendly. We frequently go to Manakau Branch as it is close & handy.On the whole, most of the staff are familiar with my Partner and I. They know what we want & if we do have questions out of the norm, they do take the time to help us out. My partner is Dyslexic & they are really good when it comes to explaining things in a way she Understands. I think once you leave your judgements behind & treat them as another person, the better the experience becomes. We have Shosha items such as Caps & tips with Shosha writing on them and where them proudly as we are proud to be vaping & Smoke-Free coming up 4 yrs. At first I did find it expensive but compared to smoking costs for 2 people, vaping is so much Cheaper & we feel healthier and better for it.I would definitely recommend anyone to go & visit Shosha, especially Manakau. Hope this helps someone who is thinking about vaping, Thankyou so much,Y & R

I have been a client of Shosha for many many years. I have purchased a $420 shisha a couple of years ago and of course we get our molases of shosha as well. Omw I must say the service provided at Mt Wellington where we live is appalling. I would rather drive 30min to Papakura where the service is definitly better. Please train your staff to be nicer to customers. They are so rude.

Before you buy anything from Shosha best to ask about warranty first, as i brought a vape from them, 3 days later the tank broke, i ask if i could get a replacement tank, got told by staff "no we don't cover faulty tank" you have to purchase a new tank from them!! So they took my money but would not replace faulty part. I have brought a vape from them 2 years ago and everything was fine had no issue with the product i purchased, I usually get my coils and juice from shosha but after this experience No Thanks i'll shop somewhere else. Great Customer Service!!!!

Bought a relatively expensive vaping device 4 weeks ago from Shosha and already the device has failed. After returning to the store with the faulty goods, their manager declined a replacement over the phone without an explanation or even seeing the device. The shop assistant even said they've had a few back with the same problem. After being loyal for years Shosha has permanently lost me as a customer for their greedy unfair policy and crappy devices.

Bought an intermediate vape from these guys, a vaporesso swag. Despite the three month return policy and the running around try to get it sorted they declined to replace or refund the faulty device. I won't be returning to any Shosha stores, despite some of their awesome staff the management is awful.

Next to impossible to contact! Tried every possible method and they only answered the phone after calling several times - the number they provided on the only email they sent to confirm the order isnt even connected. Then when I did get through they said they sent the order to the wrong place and would send it again that day - which I STILL havent recieved confirmation for!

Over priced dirt merchants plain and simple. Charge so much on top of their E-Juice liquids. Tell you they are giving you a deal but they giving it to you close to normal price elsewhere.
