United Kingdom | 18 April 2022Recently saw an approved used BMW I really liked on-line at Partridge at what I feel was a very good price and so got a part-ex estimate via their website. I live over 250 miles away and haven't bought a car without visiting the showroom previously (and I've bought quite a few cars). Next day Andrew Smith e-mailed and with no real bartering or hard sell I was offered a very good deal to part exchange. They sent a personalised video of the car once it had been prepped, which I feel was a very true reflection of the car and Andrew would reply quickly to any queries I had. On collection day pretty much everything had been sorted before I arrived and it was the easiest/quickest car exchange I have experienced. Prior to going ahead with the purchase I had read the reviews about Partridge BMW on this site which gave me confidence to buy the car from such a distance and my experience has left me glad I did. I've only had the car 1 week but it's cosmetic condition for a car over 6 years old was excellent and it was lovely to drive on the long journey back home. Despite the distance I would certainly buy from Partridge dealership again.

He kindly put me in touch with Alex Lombardi in the Corporate Sales dept. Alex contacted me that afternoon, took down details of what I was looking for and sent me a number of different options within the hour. The whole process has been effortless and one of the easiest car buying experiences. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I am looking forward to my new car later this year.

When buying a car it’s important to have an honest sales man, dean was well informing and helped me through all the little questions I find some car dealers struggle to know. I don’t live in the area so all info was exchanged over the phone and email I found dean really responsive and literally helped me locate the prefect car! Starting with the online enquiry Andrew responded quickly and efficiently to our email exchange and put together a package which suited my needs. Within a couple of hours my car was traded in and new car purchased. Dean Matthias answered my call and confirmed the history detail in a friendly and helpful manner. Within an hour he had sent a video walkthrough which explained the main features after which I secured the car with a refundable deposit and arranged a test drive. Dean was prepared for my arrival, took time to understand my interests and explained the purchase options. Delivery to my home was scheduled for Friday 18th March, but unfortunately the car wasn’t delivered. I contacted the garage first thing the following morning to confirm the car hadn’t been delivered as expected and received a very quick call back from Stephanie Morley. Stephanie took full ownership of the mishap and she made sure I had use of a vehicle until they could deliver the new car. Stephanie kept me well informed with the new delivery date and slot which was for 23rd March. I’m pleased to say the car arrived right on time on the 23rd! I can’t fault the service I received from the Stephanie and Partridge BMW. Mistakes happen but the way they handled things was refreshing. I’d happily use Partridge BMW in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.
