United Kingdom | 22 June 2022This BMW must be the worst dealer. Booked my car in for boot repair after the boot got stuck open. The RAC disconnected the ram in 5 minutes and said it needed new one. Booked in 3 weeks ago and told them what was wrong. Arrived today to get the car repaired and they hadn’t ordered the new ram. With the cost of fuel anc time it took for them to have the car in all day, was very angry I had to take car home without any work done at all. Useless dealer and not the first time I’ve heard of their incompetence.

I have been looking for a car for several months and spoke to many dealers around the UK but the customer service Raj provided was by far the best. I had only sent an enquiry on a vehicle with no images yet and within 10 minutes I had a call and a personalised video emailed to me. Glad to say I proceeded to buy the car and couldn’t be happier.

United Kingdom | 11 June 2022A big thumbs up for Dillon who looked after the administration on the day of the handover. Other aspects not quite as good; I found the absolute barrage of electronic paperwork a very poor experience, while I understand this could work well there was so much of it I completely lost track and would have preferred to sign everything on the day - it felt that it was being fired off randomly and without any guidance from the dealer on what to expect. On handover Dillon was not given some information about the deal I had made with the salesperson (who was not in on the day I picked the car up) that must have caused him some embarrassment although it was sorted. The tyre pressures were just about within tolerances but not balanced in pairs and the bonnet is really, really ridiculously hard to close and needs adjusting; those, rightly or wrongly, makes me wonder about the pre-sale preparation of the car. The smart key wasn’t charged. While I don’t expect dancing girls and fly past by The Red Arrows the overall experience of collecting a £50,000 car felt a bit flat - I bought my last car from Partridge and gave the same feedback then…it’s not an experience that builds client loyalty contrasted to Snows and Chandlers that I have also dealt with.

Being 3 months into owning it and the thing having sat in Partridge BMW for 2 of those and potentially even longer because they pride themselves on selling broken cars and provide a shocking level of aftersales service that doesn't answer emails or phonecalls. This car has been a nightmare from the damage at the start, to an electrical fault, followed by burning smells, needing a new catalytic converter and PPF. Trying to pass the blame off onto everyone else and failing to recognise the real issue at the beginning for nearly 3 weeks! But they think that's acceptable for a nearly 3 year old car and acceptable behaviour from them. If anyone's got any sense they'll stay away from this awful bunch of cowboys and BMW in general for that matter. Back to Merc

United Kingdom | 28 May 2022Same as another customer, placed a deposit on a car but changed my mind under distance selling regulations (also quoted in your contract) yet your team claim they are within their rights to retain it - FALSE. Credit card company are now involved as are BMW UK along with the The Motor Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

United Kingdom | 27 May 2022Worst customer service ever I paid £500 deposit in March for a used vehicle, my circumstances changed unfortunately during the week as some unexpected big bills arrived due to house renovation, I explained to the salesperson that I cannot take the delivery and apologised sincerely. I asked if I can get a refund of my deposit but he keeps saying that work has been done but not willing to disclose the exact amount, then everytime I call he say he will call back to update but it never happened. I have called the showroom 4 times this week finding a way to discuss the matter, I cannot reach anyone and they never call me back. This is absolutely frustrating and annoying.
