Very efficient Bmw showroom

My wife I received our new Mini Countryman from the team at Partridge and it has been the best experience we have ever had with a dealership. The car came on a delivery lorry and the driver really knew his onions. We had a great instruction on the controls including charging. I highly recommend the team at Partridge for the professionalism and dedication. I will certainly be referring friends and family.

I was concerned about their Covid procedures prior to arriving and was put at ease upon arrival. Smooth process and very happy with my new 1 Series.

Over promise and under deliver and don’t call back when they say they will. They give me no hope whasover to buy a car from here what happened to decent customer care these days?

Excellent service from start to finish. I usually buy new, but went for Pre-owned this time. Rob and the team were and have been excellent. Very happy, highliy recommended.

I live 50 miles from Partridge BMW and discovered them by accident one day when I was driving to a meeting in Birmingham and my BMW was breaking down. They had me in a loan car in 30 minutes. That was 12 years ago and apart from using my local dealer (Chandlers Angmering :( ) a couple of times for convenience and then regretting it, I've used Partridge ever since. My last visit was January 2021 and arranged through Izabela Lazi. She was really helpful, quoted for the work / repairs my car needed and made sure I was a happy customer. On the day I dealt with Jenni and Daniel; who were both efficient, polite and helpful. There was a slight delay due to Covid arrangements but this wasn't a problem and I was warned about it as soon as I arrived. The final invoice was exactly as quoted and I drove off a happy customer. It's this level of service that keeps me going back them despite living 50 miles away. Highly recommended.
