I've had a great experience dealing with the Corporate Deliveries team. Since playing my order, Lucy has been very good and promptly replied to any email queries I had, and also arranged the delivery date according to my needs. When the day came, there was a problem with delivery driver availability outside Partridge BMW's control, but Stephanie swiftly let me know what was going on and was very apologetic. The delivery was arranged for the next day at my place of work. Altogether, great service and thoughtfulness towards the customer. The delivery driver was also very knowledgeable about the car.

Today my m3 cs had an oil, microfilter, diff service and aircon service, I also called up yesterday and asked if it was possible to supply and fit the new designed rear subframe bolts as originals are now superseded, (new design is fantastic by the way) , this was no problem at all and James Beecham the technician even showed me the old bolts to new. Deffo recommend you have this done if you have any f8x model. If you’re a bmw dork lol myself this dealer is the best to go to. The service manager Cj has been fantastic in making sure the car is taken care of just how I like and made me feel very comfortable waiting with my 3 year old, cannot thank him and his team enough for the fab service. Was done on a waiting appointment which was done on time, tea and coffee available which is nice, and the selection of cars in the showroom is delightful. You can tell it’s a dealer that loves its brand. All staff from the moment you walk in are smiley and friendly and a real team atmosphere is present. Also a Thankyou to Renzo and Laura in the parts dept who also organised some parts for our company while I was there.

Excellent customer service - have been dealing with Zdenek who has went above and beyond after delivery date of my car had been pushed back. Arranged a courtesy car for me in the meantime and kept me up to date throughout the entire process.

Car was booked in for a service first thing this morning today. Just as I was leaving they called to say the courtesy car would not be available as it was returned the previous evening and now requires 4 new tires! So either the previous user was doing rallycross or they don't service their courtesy cars. You would think they could have come up with a more believable excuse.
