From purchasing my car last year to present day, the customer service I have received at Partridge is absolutely second to none. They are extremely efficient with how they handle each process and they are supportive and communicative throughout so you know what is happening. As a young buyer I was treated with the same amount of respect and level of service that I was not expecting, as I had not received that same treatment in other garages. I didn't feel forced into purchasing anything and felt as though all the selling and service team are honest and reliable with their advice. Their knowledge is great and really helped me to understand the different aspects of the car I was buying. My two stand outs are Jason and Jenny, really helpful and friendly. I will genuinely look no where else to purchase and maintain my car due to the customer service I have received so far.

Nick Walke has been looking after our cars service requirements now for a couple of years and the service is always amazing! He goes out of his way to book us in quickly, get us a courtesy car and manages the whole process end to end. Last week our 1 series urgently needed new brakes, booked us in straight away, gave us a courtesy car and turned it round in a day. Thank you Nick, we wouldn't go anywhere else, you are a legend!

Following a recent service on my car it was booked in for refurbishment of the two rear alloy wheels. The booking was dealt with very efficiently by Jenny Marino from start to finish and the work was completed to a high standard. I am very pleased with the end result.

Buying a car from here was the least enjoyable experience I have ever had. From booking a test drive a week inadvance only to be given a car with 15 miles fuel in the tank and told to call if it runs out of fuel, to them leaving my current car key in the middle of the forecourt for anyone to have whilst on the test drive, to not even having my new car available when they had booked me in to collect a new one. Turning up to collect a brand new car (a huge amount of money and something that is meant to be an exciting experience) to be told "there is an issue I need to speak to my manager" and just left waiting. To find out they don't even have my car, it's in a locked compound they can't access so I won't be having it today. Apparently it was ready on Tuesday and today is Saturday. Plus you've had ALL day to sort this. Left sat in the middle of the centre, no offer of a drink, no real care that this is a major mess up. Have to say the service is extremely poor.

As a four-car family, that likes to changes its cars frequently, we have been using Partridge BMW for over 10 years now. In that time, they have never let us down and have provided a completely 5* service. Nothing is ever too much trouble or too difficult. Friendly, helpful and utterly professional, I unreservedly recommend Partridge BMW.

Bought a used 2019 plate Z4 from this garage. Jason Odell was incredible, knowledgeable and provided a fantastic service no quibbles. Very appreciative of the customer care, would highly recommend based on this experience.

Booked BMW Mini into service department due to fault with convertible roof fault. Car has done 6700 miles. BMW had car for two days, I asked about getting it cleaned inside and out, they needed a weeks notice, that’s ok I asked to book it in. This is all over chat. Told to collect car Saturday 08:30-12pm. Got there 08:30. They don’t open until 9am. A sales adviser sees me, tell her what I’m there for, she goes off comes back, gives me my key. Car not booked in for valet, she doesn’t know what’s been done, if I have anything to pay. She advises someone will call when the service team get in or on Monday. I ask if she can book car in. Nope, they will have to when they call. It’s now Monday evening. Guess what, no ones called!!! This isn’t the first time I’ve asked for them to do something and they haven’t carried it through.

Great experience from Robert, he looked after us and understood what we wanted and which BMW would suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the hand over experience was great. I would recommend them for purchasing and on going servicing.

Thanks Bodyshop Accidents happen, no thanks to the person that casued it but all thanks to the Bodyshop Team at Partridge for looking after my M5 liaising with the insurance company and returning it to me in showroom condition. Great job guys, Thanks

I telephoned this dealership’s service dept every day for over a week, & despite getting though to reception numerous times was told that due to staff shortages someone would call me back to discuss the issue I have with my car; but no one has….. I am truly appalled by this so called ‘prestige marque’ dealership who is evidently more than happy to sell you something, but is clearly not interested in any type of after sales service. It was so much better when it was a Scotthalls dealership… So, after driving nothing but BMW’s for the past 27 years I have now sold the car & will never buy another BMW….

I found Stephanie Morley highly professional super helpful and accommodated all my requests with the utmost efficiency. She did exactly what she said she would do which in the service industry is most unusual and has left me with utter confidence and completely satisfied. My car was recalled and I thus contacting the BMW service/dealership in Bournemouth and after hours of holding on the phone and getting through to a rude receptionist who never got back to me and never responded to my emails- I was advised by someone who has also had a similar experience with the Bournemouth BMW dealership to go to Patridge BMW in Southampton- best advice ever! They picked the phone up straight away, they were polite helpful and knowledgeable, got my car booked in the same week at a time that was convenient for me and gave me regular confirmations, reminders, updates, I got a video of the service provided sent to my email and when I went to pick up my car everything was ready and explained clearly to me by Jenny and in such a professional and friendly manner. They are fantastic. Would definitely recommend to all BMW owners...even if you have to get on the motorway and drive further ....it is absolutely worth it!

On this occasion I had some minor warranty work done to my car. The customer service that I received from Jenny was very polite and efficient and the work seems to have been carried out well. I have used partridge BMW for a number of years and have always been happy with the service I have received.
