I ordered two fabric covered extension leads expecting them to be delivered in 2-4 days as advertised on the website. After I had heard nothing for a week I called Sparks Warehouse and was told that the website information was wrong and that it would be updated to prevent other customers being misinformed. 18 days later the items have still not arrived and the website is still showing 2-4 days delivery. Be warned these items are not in stock and Sparks Warehouse is just a middleman for goods ordered abroad.

I can’t fault the company or the part that they sent to me. But I hate those fiddly and unreliable push fittings preferred by the manufacturer for cheapness. I’d prefer a solid screw fitting when you know that it is good and tight in the connection. So one star deducted for that.

Tried to buy light bulbs but weeks later they hadn't arrived so cancelled and given refund. To be fair to company, they were helpful when contacted and refund was given quickly. I then ordered same bulbs from another company & they arrived 2 days later so suggest they need to look at suppliers, wouldn't recommend as despite being helpful goods did not arrive.

Don't waste your time ordering from this company. They promise fast delivery and fail to deliver even weeks later. To make matters worse they fail to answer any emails or phone calls asking for information about when your goods will be delivered. They still haven't refunded my money after several weeks. It makes you wonder whether this is a scam company or it is trading while insolvent.

Cheap oven bulbs, lots of variety and stock, quick shipping and arrived on time. I mentioned the company and placed a link to their website on my YouTube video of how to replace an oven light bulb 💡 💡 💡

Item not despatched 2 weeks after order accepted, although website says item is 2-4 days delivery. Phone not answered today, so have sent email. UPDATE: Just received email reply apologising for item “stuck in system”, and "will be available in 3-5 days"

Ordering was straightforward but the delivery took 9 days after dispatch. Probably the fault of the Post Office.

This was my first time using Sparks Warehouse. I ordered a drive belt for a pillar drill. Nothing suggested there should be any problem with the order but when I had no notification of dispatch after 10 days I emailed. I was told it would be sent a couple of days later but I only got advised of dispatch some three weeks after ordering it.

Everything was in stock, ordering was easy and delivery was as promised. Kept fully updated on delivery progress all the way from ordering through to delivery.

We found exactly what we were looking for, at a good price and everything arrived when we needed it.

If there is going to be a delay in dispatching items, please let the customer know in good time, honesty is always the best policy. I had call to chase up my switches and then had to postpone the electrician. Luckily they were able to come in 6 days later, but sometimes availability of good tradespeople cause delays in scheduling.

Great to be able to purchase the proper bulbs for a picture light, unobtainable in the shops
