I ordered a zine in the DINA7 format, trusting the company to deliver as promised. After waiting patiently until close to the estimated delivery date, I still hadn’t received a shipping confirmation. I had to reach out myself to ask about the status of my order, only to be informed—last minute—that the format I ordered was “not possible.” This was news to me, as they had taken my order without any mention of this limitation. Instead of offering a solution early on, they waited until I contacted them. The only alternative they provided was to print it in DINA6 with my original print data. However, when I saw the results, it was clear that this change in size made the media I had worked hard to prepare inaccurate and not as intended. I’m extremely frustrated with this experience. Not only did they fail to deliver the product in the format I ordered, but there was a lack of communication and transparency throughout the process. If you value accuracy, professionalism, and timely communication, I’d recommend staying away from this service. They completely dropped the ball and have lost my trust as a customer.

Good communication and product good quality and priced

The customer service I received was quick and really helpful. It didn't feel like I'd been left to useless online q+a's and had a human approach that made my first time printing my project a lot more stress free. Quality of the print was great as well and it felt like time and care had been put into my project regardless of its smaller size. One caveat I would say is that they ship through a third party and the delivery was a couple days later than the initial estimated date. However, thats why it was an 'estimated' date - anyone with a project that has a timeline more thought out than mine will have no problems.

The first I went to Mixam was for printing art prints for my comic kickstarter around two years ago while I had the printed with another printing company. However this year, Due to the rise of cost from the same company, I decided to go with Mixam to print the books for a decent price but still maintain the nice quality of the comic. I'm glad to say they did a terrific job with the printing and the quality I wanted. I'm very happy to do business with them printing comics going forward. 10/10! :D

My booklet was sent to me with fingerprints on it and signs of massive paging. It looked disturbingly used overall. The support just copied their usual customer blaming phrases, saying that I should have paid more for protection. I didn't expect to need protection against their stuff using my booklet as their own magazine. Another bunch of time and money wasters promising quality they can't pull off.
