Excellent quality and great speed

I’m using Mixam on a regular basis, having used the service of other great printers in the past, but Mixam are the best. From a big book project I did last year to a monthly-ish magazine project this year, their service is second-to-none, and with great prices and superb customer service.

Fast, accurate, and great quality product. I have used them before for small print runs, and will 100% be using them again. Pretty affordable too.

I have bought 3 book packages this year and I always receive a good quality prints and always that arrives very soon. Its a very good printing company.

The templates were so easy to use and understand. There was an issue with the production which drops my review rating a little but the support staff were so helpful correcting the issue and the final product was superb. Just how I wanted it.

Avoid Mixam! I'd give 0 stars if possible. The worst printer I have ever encountered, be careful of their delivery times, they're estimated. Not only this but when they delay delivery they don't tell you - you have to chase on live chat every day, and every day they lie and tell you the same thing, 'without fail we will be dispatching tomorrow' they said yesterday... needless to say, they haven't and now tell me it's Monday - a whole week after original dispatch date. They didn't voluntarily send me this information either with an apology, I had to drag it out of them over live chat. Save yourself the stress and heartache and use another printer, I wish I'd have read the 1 star reviews on here first, of which there are plenty and heeded the advice to use a more customer centric printer.

The new issue of my fanzine just arrived from Mixam and I am very happy with the result. Good turnaround time, the delivery package well protected and printing to a high standard. Also staff extremely helpful. Excellent result all round. Many thanks.

I have used Mixam for a long time, with a total spend with them over £20k. I am not a one off individual user, I use them commercially. Their customer service, quality control and product standards have taken a huge nose dive over the last few years to the point where not only do I not recommend them, I have to warn people not to use them. Currently I have 10x hardback books 'in production' with them. They missed the original shipping date, gave me another shipping date, which they missed, gave me another shipping date, which they missed, and now when I have contacted them asking what the heck is going on they haven't even been able to give me an estimated shipping date. The books are now nearly two weeks overdue. The best they have managed so far is to offer a 10% refund which I only got because I demanded they do SOMETHING to make it right - they seemed to be hoping I wouldn't notice. I'm so tired of bad product and bad customer service from them. I have had books delivered unsellably warped and when I raised a ticket I was told that this happened because they were stored vertically and books aren't supposed to be stored vertically - an outrageous lie that assumes I have never seen a book shelf, a book store or a library. Please, if you are serious about getting a quality product, on time, backed with respectful and effective customer service, you simply cannot use Mixam.

The quality and price of the magazines is outstanding, very well packaged so nothing is damaged in post.

First time using Mixam and very impressed with the results. Had a 164 page photo book printed and the quality exceeded expectations. Now awaiting a larger order of the same book. They are helpful if you have questions and respond quickly, also regular updates on progress of order by email or text. Preparing a second book and will use them again.
