I had designed a photo-book magazine which I was looking to print in small quantities. The site had really competitive pricing, a lot of customisation options and a straight-forward ordering process. I was really happy with the fast turnaround times and the quality of the magazines. Will definitely use Mimax again next time I need to print anything!

I'm an artist and I buy my posters of my prints from Mixam. I love the quality, the colours are perfect and all my customers say in their reviews that the posters are a really good quality. The price is really good and they work with me on how they package them. Also the website where you put in your design is very easy. I have been to other printers who want complex adjustments before they print. Mixam is my favorite printer.

Easy to follow steps on the sight, lots of options for personalisation. Great value for money, books are sturdy and professional looking at reasonable cost.

Where to start! I have give 1 star due to the fact you can contact these guys and the react to emails etc, that part is spot on. I ordered 150 magazines and they turned up on time but 89 out of the 150 had nice white lines running vertically up the cover and inside pages. On reporting this to Mixam they agreed cutting issues and sent out 90 replacements (all good so far). So the replacements turned up, this time the pages were cut on the skew, around 3mm from the let to the right of the page. On calling Mixam they were very reluctant to rectify there cutting issues and gave me the ultimatum of lets try again and if no good well that's it. or have your money back for the 87 copies no good (was 89 but I wasn't going to argue). So I'm now left with circa 200 copies I need to dispose of. A printing/issue of our first magazine that iv'e missed and needing to find another printer who can cut straight. During the design/pre-production process I was told that my proof was good, which was clear in the perfect handful of copies they sent out. Where the process has gone wrong, well for me it's a cut issue and clearly someone in the quality control section needs new glasses. It's a real shame as I need a printer, im happy to pay for good copies. The time and effort spent looking through nearly 200 magazines to find issues should not be down to the customer. SO in conclusion, until these guys sort there cutting machine out I wouldn't touch them!

My 4th time using Mixam, it’s become my go too for cheap and accessible printing, honestly cannot fault it at all, super easy and straight forward, amazing customer service too. Will continue to use them and recommend them.

I am a hobby photographer based in Bristol, UK and used Mixam to print a photography 'Zine' (booklet). I have printed photo books from Vistaprint and Google Photos before and neither came close to the quality from Mixam. The online Artwork builder is a little clunky (I had issues uploading PDFs as recommended, though I was able to get help instantly through the online chat function and they sorted the issues out there and then, so the clunkiness wasn't so much of a problem. I ordered 10 booklets and it was estimated that they would arrive in 7 days and they arrived in 4 days! Really happy overall with the quality and speed of delivery and am already so happy with my experience, I have decided to set up a PrintLink through them (where buyers can purchase a copy of my book directly through Mixam on request as opposed to me bulk buying and handling stock myself) and have created a hardback photobook instead as opposed to a booklet to share my photography. I could not recommend Mixam any more highly for photographers looking to share their work as physical prints.

I was looking to get a test print done for a future graphic novel project. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, and the way they handle the uploading of artwork felt intuitive. Lots of helpful info in their FAQ section too. I got exactly what I needed, and would highly recommend Mixam to others in the UK.
