Just used MAXAM (book printing) for the first time. Their website is excellent, AND there is a bit of a learning curve when "building" your first book. Plus some knowledge about "computer files" is a must. However, what makes all that totally fine is their superb, 24/7 help desk, with NO "robots" and no folks who can barely speak English. Their tech staff was SUPERB and very helpful. AND, both our color / hard cover books turned out PERFECT. Thanks Maxam!

Overall reliable in terms of product quality .

My publishing company previously only used Mixam for paperback printing. When we needed a pamphlet printer as well, I phoned them for advice and they explained how to upload a pamphlet. I then received the pamphlet and was delighted by its quality.

This was my first time using Mixam to produce some magazines. The website is so easy to use and the turnaround is very efficient. You get prompts on the pages you upload to make sure your photographs are high quality once printed. There is also a 24 hour chat box if you are stuck with anything. Great quality magazines produced at a great price too and quick delivery.

Easy to use, flexible, and quick delivery.

This was my first attempt at producing a zine for my photography. Once I'd mastered how to put my zine together (Mixam's support team were extremely patient and helpful in this regard) the production and delivery process was fast and efficient, and the final product was exactly as I'd envisaged. In fact, I've just put together another one!

The responses were fast and helpful. I liked that they paused my order ensuring I was aware of some printing issues with my spine print which I sorted right away. The quality is great and it came out just how I wanted and imaged it would.
