Returns are really difficult. You need a printer despite them saying you don't, also I returned according to instructions a week ago and have had no notification and no refund. I wouldn't go near them again as there are loads of other online shops with great Welly brands that have easy and reliable returns processes.

Really quality at a great price, £88 bought for my wife for walking the dogs as her £260 boots are leaking, just as comfortable as the expensive ones they look just as good
