I ordered from Welly Warehouse as the item was a little cheaper than other stockists. Parcel arrived promptly and well packed.

I ordered a pair of Xtratuf wellies in a size 10. I then later received an email apology to say they didn't have the 10 in stock. I re-ordered in a size 9, which they did have, and the transaction went through just fine —and thankfully the 9 are actually a better fit! I dropped one star because I asked whether I could get a discount as a courtesy for their mistake, and that was ignored. Even £5 would have been appreciated. But overall, still happy with the experience and the quick and helpful email responses. Edit after reply: after consideration, I do think Welly Warehouse deserves 5 stars. Especially considering the deep discount on what I bought (about half off RRP), my request was a bit cheeky. I also really value an easily contactable support team. Will definitely use them again in future!
