I have found the service here remarkable. Mr Puri has been excellent in making sure all my family have accurate eye wear and tests . Front desk staff most welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend they are very kind towards children and families.

I came here from a big optical chain and I find I get looked after very professionally, I have a lot of health and mobility issues and I find chase eye care easily accessible the staff are very helpful Mr Puri does the eye examination to the highest excellence. My Gp sent me to Mr Puri as an urgent referral who not only prioritised my appointment but went way above and beyond to expedite my treatment at the eye infirmary at the local hospital. The long term effects of his condition would have had catastrophic ramifications. In fact without Mr Puris swift and professional approach I would have been in grave danger of loosing the site in my leye. I can thoroughly recommend Mr Puri and his team for their fantastic care .

Mr Shakeel Puri really professional consultant would highly recommend he is fantastic with my son who is 9 years old, we have been coming here since my son was around 4years old, and he always makes him feel comfortable and relaxed. My appointment was bumped to the same day when Mr Puri and his team saw I needed help. He went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for including hospital referral, helping me more than my GP. If you want to be looked after Chase Eyecare should be your optician.

just now New Weve been using Chase Eyecare for a few years now. The service is excellent and the staff are always super helpful & friendly. A few times theyve pulled out all the stops when weve been in a hurry. Highly recommended.
