The pillows I purchased might be best I have ever had. However the cover is not good, as it has very bad zipper. One pillow came with bad zipper already on arrival (no way to close it) and the other went bad after one week. Quite disappointing for such an expensive product, especially as I see that others have been complaining about the same problem in the past and they never decided to fix it.

Almost one month of the pillow 18" in front of a large electric fan. Both sides alternated. Still has a very unpleasant odor. Never used. Unusable. Will return. But a very nice pillow. Good size, firmness to hand pressure. What I wanted.

Fast delivery. Pillow size (dimensions) is a little smaller than I would like as it doesn't fill out a king size pillow case like my previous memory foam pillows did.

The pillows we ordered were too firm and I tried to initiate a return. I never got a response from the company and couldn’t find any other way to return the pillow other than through email. I read on reviews of talatex that this is a trend and people cannot get a response.

Avoid this company. Ordered an expensive talatex standard pillow. It seems most of the cost went to the over-the-top packaging. The pillow itself was 4 inches shorter than standard (altho' enclosed in a standard size case. See pic below. I'd enclose a photo, but this review page won't let me.

Shocking, made an order on a 129 dollar pillow. No delivery and no communication from the company in spite of several emails from me. Requesting a refund today. Buyer beware.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service. It’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone. I returned two pillows and only received a refund confirmation for one. Despite sending multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and Instagram inquiries, I have yet to receive a response.

Quality is perfect, keeps your head cool, condition is off course brand new, great value and product for the price and the appearance is as described. I placed an order with this company on Jan 16th and a shipping label was printed. UPS never picked up the package from their facilities. I have now been trying to reach a person in their company for weeks now to resolve the issue and get a refund. There has been zero help from this company. Emails and calls go without answer. The customer service is not exist. I have paid almost 200 dollars and can't do anything about it because no one in their company will respond. DO NOT ORDER

I went on a small vacation after Christmas and stayed in a hotel that had pillows like this. BEST SLEEP OF MY LIFE! Of course I asked what kind of pillow it was down the rabbit hole I went. There are so many different options on Amazon, and I stumbled on this website and thought why not.... best decision I ever made! Hands down the best freakin pillow ever!!! It supports my head and never goes flat unlike the memory foam pillows. I have been looking for a pillow that can support my head and never loose its shape for years. I bought two, one for me and my kid and both of us stopped waking up without headaches, neck and shoulder pain. AMAZING!!! Now if you like flat pillows that blend into the bed, then this is not this pillow for you. However, if you wanna feel like you head is resting on a cloud all night and supports your head the whole time you are sleeping on it, then this is definitely the pillow for you!❤️

Great pillow - just what I hoped for. Supports my head and neck really well so my neck pain is much better. Delivery was very quick and efficient.

Update: Shipping took longer than quoted and tracking was lacking but have since received items and they are as described.

Replaced old latex pillows that were more than 10 years old. What a difference these make, firm support and really good nights sleep.

I found our Emma memory foam mattress too hot and wanted a latex topper so I wasn't as hot during the night and also some extra comfort. This has done just just that. I was kept waiting for the order due to delays in the shipment but I was kept informed and waited out until the stock arrived and I received my order. The 5cm topper I chose for me gave enough comfort and reduced my overheating so happy with my purchase. It is pricy compared to other synthetic toppers with so called cooling but this is a natural product and works so I was OK with paying for the quality.

I bought the premium latex soft pillow, it’s very comfortable. The smell is hard to get used to but I’m hoping that will go away.
