User-friendly website showing direct comparisons of all of their travel insurance options. Relatively cheap travel insurance rates to cover a lot, which is wonderful when safety is a personal priority.

I've been trying to contact customer support without response. I need to add a country to my policy (Taiwan; it isn't possible to add a country via the UI) and not being able to get in touch means I may have to buy separate insurance for this destination. Attempting to contact support via the help form is not working, the form does not submit (after trying multiple browsers). Pretty frustrating. Having paid a lot for my policy I would at least expect to have some kind of response when I have an issue.

I've used WN several times now. I find it to be very easy to understand and purchase, as well as economical. On my most recent trip, I had an injury and the process to call in and get pre approval was easy, plus the reimbursement process was straightforward. I will keep using them.

Thank you. ≠==========≠ Bought insurance policy but it's not showing on my online account. Tried getting in touch for help, but the main "Contact Us" link on website doesn't work nor does the "Help Desk" link. I did find an online form which I submitted but it wasn't replied to. Couldn't find telephone contact details either. Hope I don't need to make a claim.

Easy to navigate and purchase. Have not tried claiming yet (god forbid), so unsure how are with that aspect, with arguably is the most important aspect.

Actual process to get the online quote was easy. Still doesn't automatically add the discount for member's previous policies. Says there is a 7% discount but unless you know the loyalty code, you don't get the discount which has been a PITA for a number of years now.

We like World Nomad's insurance coverage and price point, and although we haven't had to make a claim, thankfully, we have friends who have and World Nomads was prompt and fair with their payout. We just wish there was an offering for over 70 years old, since we are nearing that age, but in great health and still going strong and traveling more than ever! Lori
