Everything OK! Positive sides: very kind staff, very clean clinic, Italian translator present in the clinic and for every need upon request. Downsides: long surgery from 6 to 10 hours, staff in general do not speak good English, local anesthesia painful in the first 10 minutes. I am overall very satisfied with the experience!

Excellent organization, from the moment of landing to when we were taken back to the airport and also to the clinic. We were hosted in an excellent facility. Longer operation than I expected, but that's probably just normal for a transplant. Our interpreter Brikena is very helpful

Estemoon is a very good clinic,for hair transplant. Me and my friend went there for a weekend ,landed on Friday evening a driver from the clinic was already waiting for us. Next day early in the morning we where picked up from the hotel to the clinic,and than everything went very quickly…blood samples,diagnostics of the head and hair . A few moments later I was ready for the anesthesia (most painful moment of the procedure).And the treatment began very quickly,after 7-8 hours we where ready to go back to the hotel.Same evening I had big headache what is normal after a treatment like that,but after taking the medicine that the clinic provided me I felt a lot better. Right now I’m sitting in the car on the way to the airport after a morning check up and first washing.Feeling great and can’t wait for the results…and all that thanks to the very nice lady called Anduela,since the first message on WhatsApp she guided me all the way through the process.Very fast response and answers for all my questions,what is very important (for me) taking a big step like this to transplant your hair. ESTEMOON is worth the money and I recommend this clinic for everyone!!! After a period of 3-6 months,I sure will write another review of the results 🤞🏻💪🏻 Jaroslaw

Vi racconto la mia esperienza. (tecnica DHI) Da qualche annetto ormai pensavo al trapianto in quanto avevo la stempiatura e volevo una soluzione definitiva. -10 novembre 2024 ho fatto il trapianto ad Istanbul, 1/2 giorni prima avevo un po' di ansia, il mio consiglio è di stare tranquilli se ci riuscite e soprattutto di dormire, se no sarete stanchi il giorno del trapianto. Mi hanno trapiantato 4200 bulbi, l'anestesia l'ho fatta senza sedazione (costo 100€ in più) ed il dolore un po' si sente, poi inizia a fare effetto ed il dolore è praticamente sparito, se volete non sentire nulla, fate la sedazione. La durata dell'estrazione è stata di 3 ore e qualcosa, pausetta di 30 minuti circa e poi altre 3 ore e qualcosina per mettere gli innesti. - prima notte, difficile dormire, sei stanco e personalmente avevo qualche dolore, ho preso l'antidolorifico e sono stato meglio. - 2 e 3 giorno ti gonfi, quasi deforme, ma il dolore non c'è, sei solo brutto da vedere -4 giorno il gonfiore è quasi sparito -9/10 giorno le crosticine sono andate via col lavaggio dei capelli in maniera definitiva -20 giorno inizio del shock loss - 39 giorno (oggi 19/12/24) lo shock loss sembra fermo, non vedo più capelli cadere durante lo shampoo, non mi sono caduti completamente, circa 2/3, attendo la ricrescita, aggiornerò la recensione Le 5 stelle sono il rapporto qualità prezzo del tutto, avevo incluso: - hotel con colazione incluso, il pranzo nel giorno dell'intervento in clinica (hotel non top, ma comunque per il prezzo direi che è ottimo) - traporti hotel-clinica-aeroporto (direi ottimo, nessun problema in merito) - intervento (andato bene, le infermiere ed il chirurgo molto disponibili e professionali, non è una passeggiata, si tratta comunque di un intervento, ma fattibile) - assistente prima, durante e dopo l'operazione (Xhovana nel mio caso) è stata presente, ha risposto e fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. - traduttrice durante l'intervento, passava ogni 30/60 minuti a chiedere se avessi bisogno di informazioni e se stesse andando tutto bene (in realtà riuscivo già a farmi capire durante l'intervento con quasi tutti in inglese) - kit farmaci, shampoo e schiuma sono compresi (l'unica nota, magari per gli standard italiani, io li darei nella scatola con istruzioni e tutto) , c'è la possibilità di acquistare in clinica un kit a circa 200€ dove c'è lo shampoo, lozione, oli e biotina con vitamine (io l'ho preso e mi sembra ottimo) - trattamento prp (fatto subito post trapianto)

They LIED, SCAMMED AND THREATEN me!!!! Before contracting I asked many questions, specially if the same Doctor that would have the first conversation and mark my head would be the same as the one to make my surgery. I didn’t want it to be done by assistants. The answer was clear : "Same doctor will talk to you, draw the lines and do the surgery, Mr Saulo!" The opposite is exactly what happend! ASSISTANTS DID MY SURGERY!!! And also different people did talk to me and then others did my transplant. 3 different people. And the translator, 5 minutes insude the room. The real Doctor came a couple of times during surgery for less than 2 minutes and didn’t speak to me at all. Nothing personal about my transplant. I was just another number on the table. I wanted transplant specially the Front Line but they said I needed some transplant also in the Crown. So, On my quote they said I would have to get between 3500/4000 crafts and my surgery was 2600 crafts (no price discount due to that, of course). Front line seems to be ok but my crown is still with the same hole as before. They did a little bit in there but almost nothing. Workers (I cant call them doctors) all use their phones during the procedure (really?). I also had some issues with my transfer and, in the hotel they put me in (Golden Way) my room window didn't close properly, safe box was broken, shower flooded, etc. The only hope I have now is that the front line transplant works. But that is going to take over 6 months to the outcome. So lets pray! NOW THE BEST PART: Day after surgery, I gave all my feedback in the clinic (to ISABEL, fake name - the person in charge to sell you more stuff), and SHE did nothing. After placing my HONEST review here, the assistant (BRUNA, fake name of course) called me threatening me to DELETE my review or they would stop giving me any pos surgery information from now on, and thats what happened. And on top of it she said: "HOPE IS FOR PEOPLE IN THE CHURCH". EVEN Showing her on the whatsapp conversations with "print screens", she dissimulates and keep saying that the Crown part was never included in the treatment mentioning things about the donor area. (I wish I could post the conversation here). I request 1/3 refund of what I paid due to this LIE and due to them not make the treatment they SOLD to me. Sure they wont do it because Scam is also their activity. I WAS SCAMMED and I WILL ONLY DELETE THIS REVIEW WHEN I HAVE MY PARTIAL REFUND. Hope you guys read this before choosing Estemoon.

I just done hair trasplant in turkey and everything went well. Was my first time fly (into foreign country) so i had a lot of doubts in the beggining but "Mimoza" (medical adviser) was always available to help-me (in whatsapp), i felt secure to proceed with this adventure. Everything was according to planned. The drivers, doctors, medical assistants all very king to me. Mission accomplished when i come to portugal with new look. :)

Had a great visit from the moment I arrived at the clinic. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The young lady that was the interpreter was excellent and very detailed oriented. She went over everything from the procedure to the after care. Wonderful staff and a pleasant experience.

From start to finish, the team was attentive and supportive. My hair looks completely natural. Couldn’t be happier with staff and organization
