Placed an order on 20th November for Xmas delivery which I was told had been actioned ( but it hadn't ).Had to keep chasing and was advised that the company had ,had several bereavements which I understood . Continued to wait for several weeks but nothing so in mid January contacted them several times only to receive a curt message saying they would not be supplying the goods as they were not in stock . Found out later that the original ordered goods( which were in stock at the time of order ) had now increased in price 🤔 Go to a more reputable company 61% of their customers gave them 1 star !!! and a further 8% between 2 stars according to Trust Pilot feedback .

I bought my green house from this company at Harrogate flower show. The green house is really great quality but also a really competitive price. In comparison to some of the other brands it was a far better price and still fantastic quality. The delivery was really quick, and the service has been fantastic. I needed a few other bits and the customer service was brilliant and the parts were shopped to me with24 hour couriers and arrived extremely well packed and in one piece. Really great greenhouse. Great price great customer service. Thank you.

Fantastic service from this family business. Andy gave me great advice about base and staging for my Elite Edge greenhouse and Sam worked like an absolute trooper to put it up for me.

bought 3 tier greenhouse staging. Took a little while to arrive. but when it arrived, its a quality product. Please contact the supplier mind, their instructions for installations are very poor.

I ordered a seed tray unit from these on Sunday and website states it'll be delivered within 7 days, I've had no email confirmation of my order although the money has been taken from my account, I've tried numerous times to use their live chat and keep getting told that they will 'just have a look' but then never come back to carry on the conversation, I've called several times but nobody ever answers the phone (landline and mobile) I've also left 3 voicemail messages but again I never get any response

Throughout the process of supplying and erecting a greenhouse this company remained supportive and encouraging and though several problems beyond my control arose support was maintained throughout. My situation was unusual and way beyond normal business arrangements but they created a trusting relationship, which was honoured completely. The practical installing work carried out by Sam was excellent; he was punctual and he worked steadily and with commendable attention to detail, willingly checking with me when there were possible variations in completion. Trust, wonderful work ethic, quality all round, very much appreciated by this elderly lady. Thank you Sam.

Brilliant Service. I was cautious ordering from this company given some of the reviews, but the they have been exceptional. I ordered some staging on the 23/8/23 and it was delivered on 24/8/23. Needed to call them to check things out and on both occasions the phone was answered quickly and they were very helpful. The staging was in the width and configuration I had ordered (solid bench top with slats on the bottom) and easy to assemble. Definitely use this company again

Really quite shocked at some of the negative reviews below - maybe from competitors ???? I order my greenhouse at the Harrogate Flower show - great service was advised 20th June for delivery etc and it arrived bang on time - an absolute pleasure dealing with people like Greenhousesrus. Great service and information at the Harrogate show and what can I say about Sam who installed the greenhouse, he worked so hard to get it completed and in horrible weather, I just wanted to say a very big thank you to him for such a lovely job, and what a nice guy. Very proud of my lovely new greenhouse – I will be spending a lot of time in there.

I have nothing but praise for this small family business. All my dealings were prompt, courteous and extremely helpful and professional. I was surprised by the negative reviews and can only presume that the ‘personal touch’, expected from a small family business is not to everyone’s liking; it was so nice talking to real people not condescending sales persons pretending to care. I had their son, Sam, come to install the greenhouse I bought and he did an outstanding job. Attention to detail and knowledge was superb and unquestionable. Nothing was too much for this young man to get done. Highly recommend.

Ordered staging for greenhouse. Promised by certain date, never arrived. Happened twice. Emailed them twice, never replied. Called twice to be fobbed off both time, busy, having few days off, will be next week now. never arrived. Very rude. Will never use again. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

The greenhouse staging that I wanted was out of stock online, so I rang them last Wednesday to see if I could just move the slats and trays around to how I wanted, this wasn't possible but the man on the phone said they did have stock of this item, he wasn't sure why it wasn't showing online, and that he could make it up and send next day. This was indeed the case, ordered at 4pm on Wednesday, delivered Friday morning. Fab customer service, thank you!

Whilst I am surprised there are many poor reviews for this company, I have nothing but praise for them. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the different greenhouse makes they deal with and as I had already done my research and knew what I wanted, were able to offer me an excellent price for both the greenhouse and fitting. Yes communication was a little slow but I found the owner and his son to be genuine, hardworking and good at what they do. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Complete opposite of earlier poor reviews. They were most informative and helpful when I was researching and then ordering. Greenhouse arrived on the agreed date and assembled in a very professional manner. Payment not taken until delivery. Excellent service all round.

Spoke to Andy @ GreenhousesRus on the phone before ordering (as had been having issues trying to get someone to build a base and install a greenhouse). He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, matched a discount price and I ordered the greenhouse on 20th Sept. I opted to use Andy's recommended base installer (Russ) and he was brilliant. He installed the base a couple of weeks before the greenhouse was delivered (10th November). I opted to use Andy's recommended greenhouse installer (Sam Pope) and he was also brilliant. Greenhouse was paid for the day before it was due to be despatched and installed (no prepayment was required). Greenhouse installer (and greenhouse) arrived on 24th November. Everyone I dealt with Andy, Russ and Sam were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and efficient. This company do not email or contact you after ordering, until your greenhouse is actually ready to be delivered. This was not an issue for us.

I bought a long set of greenhouse staging. Delivery time was reasonable, a couple of weeks, though I was surprised when it just arrived with no notice. It’s a big item. I spent hours assembling it and at the end it wobbled like a jelly. I phoned and was told I obviously hadn’t tightened it enough. I tightened it until the bolts sheared. Still wobbly. They agreed to send a courier to collect it and give me a refund. Arranging the courier took weeks. I was told a refund was made 26th April. Today it’s May 14th and no refund. Bank are now investigating. I wish I’d seen this page before.

16 days to dispatch the in-stock wrong item with no communication prior to this. Unprofessional and very rude customer service, with failed promises and hit-and-miss communication throughout. Finally received the correct product over a month after placing the initial order. I wish I had just spent another few pounds and gone elsewhere. If Fawlty Towers sold greenhouse products......

Disgusting company, terrible products, order incomplete, extremely poor communication. Do not use, unless you have the time and inclination to battle with this company for the right product or refund. I can only imagine the owners are not concerned about their poor customer service, and certainly not bothered about customer satisfaction.
