I used to drink apple cider vinegar on an almost daily basis and switching to pill form has been a great improvement for me. I've read that drinking it the way I used to may actually damage your teeth in the long run and in pill form is actually more beneficial, so I'll gladly keep purchasing my apple cider vinegar in pill form.

The pills seem to really help with belly bloat! I feel better overall when taking them and I also like that these are taken only once per day versus having to take them multiple times a day. I look forward to seeing my results after taking them for an extended period of time!

I have tried on and off for years to ingest liquid apple cider vinegar w/ mother and it caused me dental problems and upset my stomach. This product is great, I take it as recommended with a full glass of water and I'm good to go. It gives me a burst of energy, has helped me lose 5 pounds in about 8 days does not interfere with my teeth and does not upset my stomach. I am so happy to have found this product.

This product is amazing. I compared it to regular used cinnamon and it's lighter but seems to have a stronger flavor. I haven't gotten blood when for my A1c but I'm curious to see them.
