I noticed a huge increase on my energy levels about 15 days after taking the vitamin c. I like the higher dosage on it. I like that they are not huge capsules or not coated. They don’t irritate my stomach like most I have bought in the past. I really enjoyed this and felt the benefits.

ive been using it for almost 3 weeks. with the work outs ive slowly been getting back into and the physicality of my job ive been losing weight at a very good pace. almost 3 weeks and already knocked off 12 pounds. im really excited about what comes next!!!!

It's only been a week, but it seems to work. My appetite seems to have been curtailed, and my belly seems to be getting flatter.
